BE SURF AWARE
This 3-week program is for students who are competent in the water and would like to extend their surf awareness skills. This program will focus on surf negotiation skills such as wading, dolphin diving and body surfing. It will also include introduction to paddling technique as well as rescue techniques using boards and rescue tubes. There will be a 90min session each week and the program is conducted by qualified staff from Surf Life Saving Queensland and is suitable for competent swimmers.
